Austropressen products are used all over the world. Development and production still take place entirely in Seewalchen. Many of our systems are now tailor-made products, manufactured to customer specifications. This results in exciting and varied areas of responsibility. The quality of our working atmosphere is also reflected in our low staff turnover and the many anniversaries we celebrate.

The company favours the use of energy-efficient and sustainable elements in its product development, as well as in its own facilities. Investment is ongoing, most recently in new CNC and laser cutting machines, modern hall ventilation, environmentally friendly LED lighting and energy-saving heating with heat recovery. A 5,000m³ photovoltaic system has recently been installed on some of the roofs. In the spring of 2021, the new staff rooms for the now more than 50 employees were completed. In addition to completely new washrooms and changing rooms, there are spacious break rooms with plenty of space and a roof terrace for breaks.

Austropressen Roither Maschinenbau GmbH has always placed great emphasis on the in-house training and development of its employees. For example, apprentices are integrated into production and the team right from the start (no isolated training workshop). This is also reflected in the low fluctuation figures: almost 70% of the current production staff have completed their training at Roither Maschinenbau GmbH or are currently in training. The high number of long-serving employees also underlines the good working atmosphere: 10 and 20 year anniversaries are not uncommon, but 30 and even 40 year anniversaries have also been celebrated. In 2023, we celebrated three employees who have been with Roither Maschinenbau for over 40 years.

The machines for our customers worldwide are developed, tested and produced entirely at our site in Seewalchen. Many of the machines are now customised products, which are designed and produced according to customer requirements. This results in exciting tasks and varied activities. The skilled workers can continue their training, particularly in the areas of design / CNC / control technology. All department heads have completed their apprenticeship at Roither Maschinenbau. Apprentice training in the areas of design, machining technology, mechanical engineering and metal construction technology is a top priority here! Nothing is as valuable to a company as many years of experience and sound expertise.
